Cleansing
Practice yoga techniques combined with various breathing methods (Pranayama) such as Ujjayi, Kapalbhati, etc., to clear blockages in the fascial system and nervous system. Did you know that all suffering is recorded in the body? It manifests as the language of pain and discomfort. The body purification process is therefore essential.

Living
Life, beyond ourselves, is about "living together" with others and nature. PaTa Obasan donated her land to create a forest temple. Everyone will experience the natural atmosphere and food prepared with care, learning to "live harmoniously" in a Buddhist community way, or "Sangha".

Deepwork
Not just yoga as classes, but a "process" of "Deepwork" that allows "mind to unite with body" through what we call "Prana" - connecting breath to meditation and intuition. Practice "listening to the inner language" through feeling rather than thinking.

Being
